Hello - I'm Lee Crouthamel, GRI. I specialize in getting homes sold at the Jersey Shore and representing buyers interested in Jersey Shore real estate. A graduate of Delaware Valley College in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, I have more than 15 years of South Jersey Real Estate experience. I am a power lister and seller in Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Ocean City, Strathmere and Wildwood as well as other South Jersey shore communities.
My real estate education is extensive and continuing. In addition to being licensed as a Realtor Associate, I hold a broker’s license and have attained the professional designation “G.R.I.,” graduate of the Real Estate Institute.
